Our purpose
The Hijrah Walk exists to help Muslims experience the sirah not as distant history, but as living memory. We believe walking the route of the Prophet ﷺ leaves a mark on the soul that no lecture can.
What makes us unique
Walk in Their Footsteps — Makkah to Madinah
This is not a bus tour. You physically traverse the documented route the Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr ﷺ walked — three days through the desert, ending on foot at Quba and entering Madinah just as the early Muslims did.
Scholar-Led Reflection at the Actual Landmarks
Daily teachings on the sirah at the very places they happened — the noon resting place after Thawr cave, the tents of Umm Ma'bad, the area of Suraqah's pursuit, Al-Juhfah, the wells of Al-Redwan and Al-Taloob, and the historic Al-Alaa Mosque.
Authentic Desert Camping
Three nights of camping along the route — sleep beneath the stars in proper Bedouin-style camps, eat fresh meals cooked by our chef team, and live the way the early Muslims lived between Makkah and Madinah.
Licensed Local Operator
Alianah Humanity Welfare has arranged a licensed entity specialised in Hijrah-route programmes — backed by international scholars advising online throughout the trek.
Small, Intentional Groups
We keep groups small to preserve depth, safety, and the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood that defined the early Muslims of the Hijrah.
Faith Meets Fitness
Part of our mission is to inspire Muslims worldwide to embrace a healthier lifestyle. The trek is a reminder that the sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ included strength, endurance, and care for the body Allah entrusted to us.
